The wine list that we propose brings with it the flavor of the salt pans of Trapani, the power of the rays of the Sicilian sun, the gentle breeze of the Mediterranean. The choice of labels was handled directly by the property, we relied on our Federico Lombardo di Monte Iato, a connoisseur of Italian and international wine production.
